she is so compassionate. when we're in a store and she hears a baby crying she wants to go and make it feel better.
she is so affectionate. she gives out kisses and hugs freely. she cuddles me when we lay down together. and sometimes when we're just sitting on the couch together, she'll rub my arm or put her arm around my neck. she can make me feel so loved.
she is so friendly. she wants to see and talk to every other kid (especially little girls) that she sees. she likes to hug and kiss them, too, even if they don't want it in return.
these are just some of the reasons that i think she will make a wonderful big sister. i think this baby will be so lucky because not only will it have me and tim to love it unconditionally, it will have hannah. and anyone who gets hannah's love and companionship is so lucky.
we found out we were pregnant on march 21st. it was quite a (good) surprise.
we were able to get our parents together on easter and give them the good news! we told them by putting hannah in a big sister shirt. i found a shirt on etsy that said "this little chick is going to be a big sister." perfect for easter, right??
i tried to get a good picture of hannah in her big sister shirt when we went to callaway. but i failed.
we had our first ultrasound on may 5th at 11 weeks. heartbeat was 172 bpm.
when i asked hannah what she was going to do when the baby comes home, she said she was going to bake it a cake. i think that is a perfect plan.
