chewacla state park

we went out to eat lunch and then to the state park today. it was a beautiful day, perfect weather, and we wanted to be outside. first we played at the playgrounds there. we played for quite a while; libby loved the swings and hannah loved going down the steep slides and running around with her imagination. then we walked down to the waterfall, which is a little bit of a hike. libby, especially, loved the walk. she surprises us all the time with how adventurous she is. the girls enjoyed splashing in the water and climbing on the rocks.
