22 months

at 22 months, libby's favorite thing to say is 'hey, that's mine!' i'm sure she learned that one from her big sister. she can be very territorial over things, but we are trying to teach her how to share. 

she's also started to constantly throw things on the floor. food, books, clothes, toys... she's been getting time outs in her crib when she throws things down and then won't pick them up when we ask. she's usually compliant after the time out. 

she likes to color... even on the furniture and walls. 

so although we've gotten into a bit of the terrible twos, she's still my sweet baby. she loves to give kisses now, and she gives the best neck hugs. when i put her down to sleep at night, she blows me kisses and says 'sweet dreams.' 

she still loooves to read. her favorite book right now is 'just shopping with mom' by mercer mayer. she likes the little critter books. she also loves music, especially any kind she can dance to. 

when she runs she sometimes says 'i'm running i'm running', and when she tries to jump - which actually looks more like cute skipping - it's 'i'm jumping i'm jumping.' 

she calls her sister 'the hannah' or 'sissy'.
