today was hannah's first day of preschool. she will be going every tuesday and thursday from 8:15 til 12:30. she was excited to go this morning, and i think she did really well. she was crying when i went to pick her up and told me she was crying because she "wanted her momma back." her teacher said she was a good girl and she had fun with the other kids. i'm thankful that we are able to send her to school this year, i think it's time for her to be with other kids and have that time away from home. i'm excited for her but also a little sad to see her looking all grown up.
i tried to take some pictures of her outside, but as soon as we stepped out the door my lens fogged up from the humidity.
this isn't the best picture, but this is right after she ran away from us and we had to try to steal kisses and tell her bye quickly before she disappeared again.
Oh my goodness! How did her mommy take it? Teaching kindergarten this year I have seen a parent or two hurting inside worse than their child. Hope her days in preschool are great! It really does make a difference when they get to kindergarten.
